The TBH Lab is now coordinating a clinical trial in collaboration with St. James Hospital in Dublin, testing the efficacy of using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) neurofeedback to improve upper limb function in stroke survivors.
By incorporating brain signals into simple computer games, we train participants to self-regulate aspects of their own brain activity. We then study the effects this has upon behaviour.
